ASSESS

Since the time I joined Clairmont, there have been some considerable changes and that’s making an under-statement! People, domain, methods, everything has been reassessed so that each person progresses simulta-neously.

ADJUST

I was accustomed to working alone on my domain and making my own decisions. When my sons came to take over from me, I had to adjust. I wanted to be less present so that they would be free to make their own choices.

PROFESSION

I learned my profession in my era, therefore with a certain method. My sons have learned theirs in their time and with new methods. I never thought that saying “no” because they were doing things differently was a good thing. What counted for me was sharing an experience, a perception.
