I come from a farming family, for several generations. This is an obvious choice, a logical continuation, the heritage. In 2009, the adventure began with my installation in calf breeding and cereal crops.
Everything that revolves around agriculture is exciting. When Pierre-Henri and Alexandre Defrance explained to me that I could plant vines on my land in Chanos-Curson, I immediatly jumped at the chance to discover a new knowledge!
When I planted my first vines planted in 2019, Clairmont helped me in my project by giving me many precious advices.
My brother, vintner in the Basque Country, also helped me and brought me his knowledge.
