ITS ORIGIN

Planted in the town of Châteauneuf-sur-Isère, the vines grow upon silty-clayey soil containing a high proportion of smooth, rounded pebbles, which gives ideal conditions for producing this fresh, fruity rosé wine.

WINEMAKING

For the bouquet of Syrah to express its finest light touches of “rose petal”, direct pressing was opted for, followed by fermentation at low temperature, which bestows the wine with delicate, refreshing notes.

ITS CHARACTER

Bright salmon hue, this Bouquet de Syrah wine reveals a floral and fruity nose with aromas of pomelo. The balance between the fruit and the acidity offers a long finish with excellent freshness.
